The phrase is used in a Gif file spelled properly. Of course, the search engine can't read the gif text and will instead look at the ALT text, which contains the properly spelled word and the two misspellings. Two Gifs are used - they are identical, except the filename is each of the two misspellings. Therefore the misspelling is in the file name and the alt text for both.
